GENDER EQUALITY PLAN (2025-2027)
Developed by the Counterintuitive Institute’s core team – Rosalina Todorova, Leda Kuneva, Gergana Tzvetkova, and Margarita Ancheva. The team members have background and proven experience in human rights, gender equality, inclusion, intersectionality, feminist methodology and methods, communications and campaign management.

We write our Strategy 2030 against the backdrop of a world grappling with profound turbulence and systemic risk. Conflict, disinformation, rising inequality, and the tightening grip of far-right populism cast long shadows across our lives. For women in their diversity, the terrain remains particularly fraught – a challenging landscape where equality is promised much more often than it is delivered.
